Fresh cod with spicy sauce 

Recipe: Adriana Mullen
Serve: 4

1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Medium onion diced
1 Jalapeño pepper diced, seed include
1 Teaspoon oregano
2 Teaspoon capers rinsed
1 Can tomato sauce
1 Pound fresh cod fillets cut in 4 portions
Chopped parsley for garnish


In a sauté pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion,
jalapeño gently for 4 minute add the oregano, capers and tomato bring to
boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cod fillets to barely simmering sauce, and poach gently for 5-6 minutes
depending on the thickness.

Remove to plates and garnish with sauce , and parsley.

Grilled tuna

Recipe: Adriana Mullen
Serve: 4

4 Tuna fillet 2 inches tick 8 oz each
2 Tablespoons hot sesame oil
1/4 cup low salt sot sauce
1 clove of garlic grated
2 Tablespoons freshly grated ginger


In a shallow dish combine all the ingredients, add the tuna, coating on both
side and marinade for 20 minutes.


Preheat the grill on high. Grill the tuna for 3 minutes on each side for medium
rare, longer for well done.
