Slap-Me-Shrimp Or Rosemary Shrimp
1 1/2 large shrimp peeled and devined
1 stick butter (I use Fleischmann's olive oil with butter flavor for low fat)
Tony Chachere Seasoning, to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoonful rosemary
In medium high, skillet add butter and shrimp. When shrimp start to slightly
turn pink, add white wine. Sprinkle shrimp with Tony Chachere seasoning (start
with 1 teaspoonful then add to your own taste.). Turn heat on low and sprinkle
with rosemary. Cover pan with lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are
done. Stir
once before serving.
Serve with: Angel hair pasta or rice ( works will with brown rice or Whole Wheat
Angel hair pasta)
When I created this recipe I stood in the middle of the kitchen and
said......"Yeah, this is really really Good ! Yummy, Yummy, Yummy."
Yields: 4 serving
