Like the visionaries Lewis and Clark, we are packing up our gear and heading to the great Northwest. Although ours will take a bit less time than their journey of 2 years, 4 months and 9 days, we will be blazing new trails too... that being one of new frontiers as both "newbie" and "seasoned" Personal Chefs! We will be trading along the way too... trading a wealth of knowledge, new ideas and ways to take our own businesses and the industry to new territories. We invite you to come along on our adventure as we forge ahead and take our industry and convention to new heights!
