I joined PCN as a re-newbie in November of 2005. It was my intention to quit my job with in 3 months and start my Personal Chef business. On Feb 2, 2006 I left my full time position and opened Cornucopia Personal Chef Service on March 1 2006. I cooked for my first client on March 2nd and never looked back.

My first year was a bit of a roller coaster ride with clients coming and going but things have now settled down. I currently have seven clients; 4 of which I have been cooking for over a year. I feel I have been blessed to be able to work a flexible schedule that allows me to balance family with the work that I love.
